These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between jiliwin ("we", "Platform", "Company") and the user ("you", "Member"). By accessing or using the jiliwin website, mobile app, or any associated services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

To create an account on jiliwin, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended at any time and any funds in your wallet being forfeited.

• Valid email address

Each person may only create one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

2. The deposited amount has been wagered at least once (turnover requirement).
3. Withdrawal methods must match your deposit method.
4. Your mobile banking number must match the number registered on your account.

• Odds displayed in live betting change in real time. The odds shown at the moment you submit your bet are final.

Special Provisions for Sports Betting:

• If a cricket match is abandoned (No Result), all bets will be refunded.
• If a football match is abandoned before completion, bets will be void unless at least 80 minutes of play have been completed.
• In a parlay bet with multiple selections, if one selection is voided, that leg is treated as a "draw".

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliwin. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or encryption.
• Match-fixing or collusion with other users through dishonest arrangements.
• Using fraudulent payment methods (stolen cards, fake mobile numbers, etc.).
• Buying or selling accounts with other users outside the platform.

The security of your account is primarily your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone — whether you know them or not.
• Jiliwin will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, or email.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and notify support.
